ELIGIBILITY: Grand Prize give-away open to residents of the United States who are 21 at the time of entry. Grand Prize give-away open to residents of Canada who are 19 at the time of entry. Employees (their immediate families or any persons living in the same household) of Polaris Industries or Supertrax Publishing or Supertrax Media or their distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, retailers, their families and employees and families of retailers are not eligible.

RESPONSIBILITY: All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Winner will be responsible for all local, state provincial and federal taxes - if any. Winner must provide proof of age. No responsibility assumed for lost, late or misdirected entries. Prizewinner assumes all responsibility and liability for actions, injury or accident during contest fulfillment event. Prize winner must allow his/her image and identity to be used for promotional purposes. All decisions by judges are final. Void in Florida, Rhode Island and New York or where prohibited by law.
